The idea of blooming sounds beautiful and calm, but in reality blooming doesn’t happen without simple hard work and pain. Growth is hard work even in nature. We tend not to think about how difficult the journey from seed to flower is but there are so many agonizing. steps in between that looks effortless to us but for the plant it’s a daily struggle. Next time you see a flower remember how far it came to get there, and that you can too.

Original work is mounted onto acid free backing board using archival gummed linen tape and framed in a 5x7 Gallery Frame (1-1/4” Deep)
