“Ever have days when the to do list in your brain leads to total overwhelm and it feels catastrophic if you cant get it all done right now but how could you possibly because its too much for one person? I did today. But then I was reminded that you can control the things you can and let go of the rest. Worrying serves nobody and and the results come out the same whether you worry or not.”
