I am so grateful for every single purchase that you make from Sakara Perry Studio. Every order is handled with the utmost care and I want you to be completely satisfied with anything that comes from my shop whether that is an original or a reproduction. In all matters regarding Shipping and Returns, please read below to see Sakara Perry Studio’s policies. If you have any further questions that are not answered by the information below or you have an issue that needs addressing please email info@sakaraperry.com.

Original artwork & Sale items are final sale. I am unable to accept items that are purchased on sale for return or exchange.

Most prints are printed on demand so please allow 7-10 days for shipping. If you need to rush an order for any reason, email me at info@sakaraperry.com and I will do my best to accommodate.

Please open and check your prints immediately upon receiving them. I accept print returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt. If you do not reach out within 7 days, I will be unable to make a return, so please be prompt! Please note that this timeline is flexible during the winter holiday season. Please be aware an exchange may not arrive in time for Christmas if the new print is unable to be printed until after December 10th, as we fulfill exchange requests only after receiving the returned print.

If you wish to return a reproduction print, a restocking fee amounting to 20% of the print cost will be applied. I am more than happy to exchange a print for you, though the restocking fee for the original print will still be applied.

If you’ve purchased a print and it goes on sale within 7 Days of the purchase date, please reach out to me at info@sakaraperry.com and I will be happy to refund you the difference!

If you find you need to return an item for any reason, I ask that you please return it in its original packaging in the state you received it in. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon via email communication. Any items that arrive damaged will not be refunded so please take care to make sure the item is packaged accordingly. If you no longer have the packaging the item arrived in and you’re unsure how to properly package your return please visit your local UPS Store or Post Office for assistance.

What to do if your order arrives DAMAGED, was NOT DELIVERED, was STOLEN, or LOST:

Sakara Perry Studio is not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (USPS or UPS), and we are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery. I work hard to package each order with care in rigid mailers or well protected/enforced corrugated boxes so that it arrives on your doorstep in the exact condition it leaves the Studio. Please remember that if your item arrives damaged due to mistreatment in transit, I am equally as upset as you are so please be kind as we try to navigate a solution!

Damaged Print: If your print is damaged in transit I am happy to handle this on a case by case basis with individual collectors who are able to provide details and documentation of the damage. Collectors may be asked to file a claim with the shipping service. If the order is a complete loss and we offer a reprint, we ask that you return the print to the studio, either in the original packaging or in sturdy packaging purchased at your local post office. Collectors are responsible for shipping costs for replacement prints. We are unable to replace for free any prints damaged after delivery, so please place your print in a place away from possible water or heat damage

Not Delivered / Lost / Stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” and yet is nowhere to be found on your doorstep, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you input the correct shipping address. I am unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect. If the package has returned to the Studio, I am more than happy to forward it to your correct address, though I ask that you pay for the postage. If the address is correct and you believe your package to have been lost, stolen, or if you missed the delivery, you must contact the shipping service personally. Unfortunately, there isn’t anything I can do on my end, so I am unable to address any failed delivery or theft issues directly. I am unable to reprint any order for free that has been not delivered, lost, or stolen.
